Medical Assistant Program - Dental Labs

Open to Tawjihi/ High School certificate holders in the scientific stream only.

Program Duration: Two years
Credit Hours: 75 credit hours in addition to 5 college hours for ICDL in English.

Major subjects covered in this diploma: dentistry and manufacturing total and partial dentures. All Medical Assistant professionals must take a special English course (ESP: English for Special Purposes) that focuses on important medical terms.

Graduates can work in dentures manufacturing, dentistry equipment sales, supervisors at dentistry labs in colleges, and in dentistry departments at hospitals or private businesses.  Graduates can also bridge to dentistry and life sciences in accordance with the Higher Education Council’s regulations.
